Crystal Whelks are a stronger version of Crystal Snails monster that are found throughout the Crystal Caves in Fjolarok. Crystal Whelks will attack players hit by their gas attack, which is purple and has a range of around 3-4 tiles, and can drop Digested Crystals when killed.
