Vikar

Vikar is a non-player character that can be found in the Fjolgard Visitor Center at the south end of Fjolgard. He is also located near two Shared Stashes.

Version 0.11.0: This article may not be up to date for the latest version of Isleward.

Vikar used to be able to trade the cards into an item or rune once you collected a set. This has since been replaced by the Shady Dealer.
Previously, Vikar sold level 1 runes for 30 gold. These runes are now sold by Asvald.
