Rare mobs[edit]
Rare mobs usually have a 4% chance to spawn instead of the regular version of a mob. Most rare mobs have a different name from the regular version, and some have different appearances as well. Rare mobs have a health and damage multiplier (1.5 for both by default).
Rare mobs usually have a random ability that they can cast. Depending on which rune was randomly chosen, the difficulty of the fight can vary significantly.
Rare mobs usually can't drop common items, and drop more items than normal mobs.
Rare mobs are configured differently in different zones.
