The Amulet of the Moon is a level 20 epic amulet dropped from the Pyramid of the Sun boss encounter.
The Amulet of the Moon has a special effect which reflects a percentage of elemental damage. It should be noted that this reflection does NOT decrease the amount of damage the player takes, nor does it take into account the vast difference in player health and enemy health, so as such this effect is largely useless.
