The Cowl of Obscurity is a legendary piece of Head equipment which you can buy for 1000 gold in the priest's shop. It cannot be augmented.

When bought, it can generate at level 4 - 13.

Special Effects

The Cowl of Obscurity gives you the special effect of healing yourself when dealing critical damage.
