Amulet of the Sun is a level 20 epic amulet purchased from Lara during the Festival of the Sun.
The Amulet of the Sun has a special effect which reflects a percentage of physical damage. It should be noted that this reflection does NOT decrease the amount of damage the player takes, nor does it take into account the vast difference in player health and enemy health, so as such this effect is largely useless.
