Crystal Spikes
Description: Jagged crystals break through the ground at your target destination.
The Crystal Spikes have a range of 9 and damage scales with user's Dexterity and Intellect.
Crystal Spikes has 2 stats:
- Damage [3 - 18]
- Delay [1 - 4] : Time before the spikes appears
Notes
Crystal Spikes is a ranged attack belonging to the Physical element. Crystal Spikes causes damage in a 3 by 3 area from the target destination.
The target destination is the current position of your cursor on screen.
Your cursor must be in your line of sight to use Crystal Spikes.
Player Opinion on Rune
Pros:
- High damage per tick (DPT)
- AoE(3 by 3 square)
- Physical damage, which works with the increased physical damage nodes in the Passive Tree, and works with the Life on Hit stat.
Cons:
- Has a small delay
- Uses two main stats (Dexterity and Intellect) to calculate damage, technically making it half as useful for each spirit
- High mana cost
- High cooldown time
- Only damages the enemy, and has no other effect
