Asvald is a NPC that sells level 1 runes. He can be found in the town of Fjolarok. He also has an Etching Station, where you can craft the Rune of Ambush and the Rune of Whirlwind.
Trading
Asvald offers various level 1 runes, purchasable with 30 gold.
These runes are: Magic Missile, Ice Spear, Smite, Consecrate, Slash, Charge, Flurry, Smokebomb, Harvest Life, and Summon Skeleton.
