Native to the Blisterwind Isle, the Sceibians are cat-like and graceful in their appearance. They are merchants and travellers by nature and can be encountered far and wide. The Sceibians revere the Sun and are opposed by the Moonbound cult.

The Sceibians are a faction associated with the Festival of the Sun event.
