Sandspitter Scorpion

The sandspitter scorpion is probably one of the easiest mobs in the Pyramid of the Sun defeat, although it is one of the most annoying ones. The sandspitter scorpion has 1 attack and a special ability. It shoots fast projectiles in rapid succession that deal little damage, about 40-50. Its special ability is that the sandspitter scorpion can teleport. can teleport, although you can see a bit of sand gathering at where it is going to appear.
