Islands
Version 0.3.1: This article may not be up to date for the latest version of Isleward.
In Isleward, the world consists mostly of various islands.
These islands vary in size, shape, and theme.
Each isle will be accessible via boat from another Isle.
Each isle has monsters that inhabit the fighting area, dungeons to be explored, and towns or villages to trade in.
Unreleased: This article describes an upcoming feature of Isleward. There is most likely spoilers so take precautions!
Each isle will have one or more harbors where Ships can be found. These ships will take the player to the isle that it corresponds with.
Towns
Each Isle will have a town or some kind of settlement that you can enter. These areas typically include inns, shops, and houses. Guards and passive town creatures will wander around the town and will attack you when provoked.
Dungeons
Each Isle will have its own specific dungeon. These dungeons can be entered through a dungeon entrance, which can be found somewhere on the isle. Most dungeons have aggressive monsters that roam around them, as well as a dungeon boss.
Monsters
Islands will have a variety of monsters that wander the isle's fighting area and inhabit the isle's dungeon. These monsters will usually only attack when attacked by the player.
