Description: A jagged projectile of pure ice pierces your target and slows his movement.

The Ice Spear ability scales with Intellect.
Notes
Ice Spear is a very fast moving projectile. In combination with it's slowing effect, Ice Spear is a very useful tool for mages who are using a kiting strategy in combat.
