The Sash of Souls is an epic sash (waist slot) item obtainable by fishing during Soul's Moor.

The Sash of Souls has a unique item effect that reduces the mana reserved by Rune of Tranquility by 20%. It should be noted that this is 20 percentage points, not a a true 20% reduction. As such, the Sash of Souls causes the Rune of Tranquility to reserve 5% of a player's mana, not 20% (which would be the case if it was a multiplicative 20% reduction).

The Sash of Souls always initially rolls with 8 mana regeneration and 3 more random stats. The item can be crafted with (ascended, augmented, smoldered, rerolled), but will not roll with the 8 mana regeneration if rerolled using Unstable Idols and won't keep its special effect if reslotted using Dragon-Glass Idols.
