Giant Rats are a stronger version of Rats, having slightly more than twice their health. The Giant Rat has the same appearance as the Enraged Rat and Bloodthirsty Rat. There are 4 giant rats west of the sewers, and 2 giant rats "guarding" the steps to the Stinktooth arena.
