Description: A jagged projectile of pure ice pierces your target and slows his movement.
The Ice Spear damage scales with user's Intellect and have a range 9.

Notes
Ice Spear is a very fast moving and fast casting projectile.
In combination with its slowing effect, Ice Spear is a very useful tool for owl who are using a kiting strategy in combat.
