Ice Spear
Description: A jagged projectile of pure ice pierces your target and slows his movement.
The Ice Spear ability scales with user's Intellect.
- Ice Spear has a range of 9 and a damage [2 - 8] and a freeze duration [6 - 10].
Notes
Ice Spear is a very fast moving and fast casting projectile.
In combination with its slowing effect, Ice Spear is a very useful tool for owl who are using a kiting strategy in combat.
