Rat Cage is a pet item obtained during the Sjofni's Embrace event. It can be purchased from Mardriona for 20 Milkwort.
Not to be confused with the Pet Rat item, a similar pet item obtained during Merrywinter. Yes, it's still very confusing. The Rat Cage item summons a grey pet rat, and the Pet Rat item summons a brown pet rat.
