The Noxious Egg is a level 20 Legendary Trinket dropped from the Temple of Gaekatla boss encounter.
The Noxious has a special effect that allows Skeleton Minions to explode on death, dealing poison damage in a 3x3 around their death location. There is a glitch with Noxious Egg where if a mob does not move after having a skeleton exploded on it, no more skeleton explosions will effect it.
