The Giant Rat is the stronger version of the Rat. The Giant Rat is a level 12 monster and has around twice the health of a Rat. The Giant Rat has the same appearance as the Enraged Rat and Bloodthirsty Rat. There are 4 giant rats west of the sewers, and 2 giant rats "guarding" the steps to the Stinktooth arena.
You can use the 2 giant rats that are "guarding" the steps to the Stinktooth arena to your advantage when you are fighting Stinktooth. If Stinktooth's Whirlwind attack hit's any of the giant rats, it will cause the Giant Rat to become aggressive towards Stinktooth and attack Stinktooth.
