- Fixed an issue where fireblasting (or being fireblasted by) a mob would sometimes cause the mob to exist twice in the physics engine.
- Fixed an issue where charging a mob would sometimes cause the caster to exist twice in the physics engine.
- The aforementioned issues are likely the culprits for mobs sometimes becoming aggro-able from too far away.
