Thaumaturge Yala

Thaumaturge Yala is a member of The Akarei.

She can be found deep within the Crystal Caves on Fjolarok.

Players can exchange Digested Crystals with her for 15 reputation points with the Akarei.

She also will buy items and sells random quality lightning-on-crit neck items. The range for lightning chance is 20 - 45% chance on crit to cast a lightning bolt that deals a small amount of arcane damage (about 100 damage).
