Template:Item Digested Crystals are a Quest Item dropped by Crystal Snails in the Crystal Caves. Unlike other quest items, digested crystals do not require a gathering quest to collect, and can be given to Thaumaturge Yala to gain reputation with The Akarei.
Lore
The Akarei require energy to power the portal to return to their home city of Iskar. However, the crystals found in the crystal caves are too unstable in their original form. Digestion by the snails that inhabit the caves produces usable crystals.
