The Cowl of Obscurity is a legendary Head you can buy for 1000 gold in priest shop.
When you buy it, it can be level 4 - 13.
Cowl of Obscurity give you the ability to heal yourself when dealing critical damage.
You cant augment it.
Special Effects
20 - 60% chance to heal on crit for3 - 7% of damage dealt
