The Housing Area
The housing area was added in version 0.9 to the game. The portal to it is found in the town of Fjolgard, next to the fountain and the Mailbox. The Housing Area is relatively big, and includes different plots where players with building packs can design and build their own houses. Building packs can be bought at Vikar using Seafarer's Marks.
