Healing Touch
Description: Restore health to a friendly target.
When cast, the rune of Healing Touch heals the selected player. Unlike the Rune of Consecrate, the Healing Touch is not an AOE rune and is cast on a single target. To cast it on yourself, press shift and the respective rune slot number together.
The amount of HP regenerated scales with user's Intellect and you cast it on players at a range of 9.
