Description: Sacrifice some life force to grant an ally a protective barrier and increased attack speed.

Value Ranges and Scaling

Blood barrier has three effects: drainPercentage, shieldMultiplier, and frenzyDuration. These effects do not scale, and change with the rarity of the rune itself.
