The Supply Officer is an NPC that can be found on Blisterwind Isle in the Fjolgardian camp.

The Supply Officer trades Scarab Husks in exchange for Sand-Shrouded Equipment, which have "been recovered from the mountains and desert". Sand-shrouded items are available in any slot, and once 'cleaned' are reveal to be random items of that slot in varying rarities.

Sand-shrouded items have a small possibility of being revealed as very rare unique items not available anywhere else.
