Player Opinion on Rune
Pros:
-Slows down enemies
-Has a moderate damage per tick (DPT)
-Relatively fast casting time
Overall a really good rune for Owls using a kiting strategy (maintaining distance throughout)
Cons:
-Only hits a single target
-Relatively high cooldown time
