Template:SubToRev Using this Rune causes your and your party members' mana regeneration percentages to increase by the indicated amount. For example, if your character's normal mana regeneration% is 18%, when you use a Rune of Tranquility with a mana regeneration% of 16%, your new mana regeneration% becomes 34%. However, the character using the Rune loses 25% of their total mana - rounded up. For example, if your character's total mana is normally 14 and you are the one who uses the Rune, your total mana will drop to 10 - and your mana will not rise above 10. Both the increased mana regeneration% and the decreased total mana remain in effect until you use the Rune again. At that point, both scores return to normal. When the Rune and its effects are active, you will see a blue star underneath your character's box in the upper-lefthand corner.
