= Version 0.17.0 =

== Foreword ==
It's been a long time in development! Years even. With the implementation of Leagues, the Rebalance and everything else going on both inside Isleward and outside, releasing this is long overdue. I want to start off by thanking everyone for their patience!

== Level Cap ==
The maximum level is now 23. The cap was set at 20 for a very long time. We do not plan for that to be the case again. When exactly it will increase again we don't know yet, but it won't be multiple years.

== Blisterwind Phase 1 ==

This release opens up the first part of Blisterwind where you can start wiping the island clean of its population of Oryx.
Collect Scarab Husks to purchase slot-specific gear (randomly rolled...with some added luck) items once Blisterwind Phase 2 is released.
The Moonbound Cultists are spreading their corruption and some Oryx have fallen prey to their influences. Destroy them and collect their Moontouched Horns. Once Blisterwind Phase 2 releases, the Sceibians will grant you access to their town if you have enough. Any extras you can then use to trade for goods in their town.

== Fragmented Blessing ==

* Mobs in the Tutorial map can no longer fragment.
* Mobs in Fjolarok had their chance to fragment lowered by 75%.
* Mobs in the Sewer had their chance to fragment lowered by 50%.

== Trials of the Abyss ==
* The level required to enter a Trial is now 23, up from 20.
