Rune of Tranquility

WIP: This article is a work in progress, meaning that it is being worked on but is unfinished. You can help by editing it.

Version 0.1.9: This article may not be up to date for the latest version of Isleward.

Rune of Tranquility is an aura rune. When used, it buffs up the player's and nearby [range?] player's mana regeneration by a certain percent . For example, if the character's mana regeneration is 18%, using a Rune of Tranquility with x% will make your total mana regeneration x+18% .

However, the player using the Rune loses 25% of their total mana. For instance, if a character's total mana is 14 and the character casts the Rune, the total mana will drop to 10 - and the player's mana will not rise above 10. Both the increased mana regeneration and the decreased total mana remain active until the Rune is casted again. At that point, both numbers return to normal. These effects do not scale, and change only with the rarity (stats) of the rune itself.

When the Rune is active, the player will see a blue shape underneath your character's box in the upper-left-hand corner, right below the character's stats.
