The Hatchling is a Monster that is found near the Temple entrance. Hatchlings are aggressive towards the player and will shoot poison projectiles that will deal damage to the player over a short period of time. When killed, they will release a 3x3 area of poison that deals damage to players who are in it for a short time. Hatchlings sometimes drop Serpentine Sinew which is used in crafting Sturdy Bows.
